TRAVEL INFORMATION
Getting to the Norton Museum:
By Car
Route: Take I-95 North from Miami, exit at Okeechobee Blvd (Exit 70). Continue on Okeechobee Blvd east to S Dixie Hwy and turn left. The museum is on your right.
Travel distance is approximately 70 miles with a travel time of approximately 90 minutes depending on traffic.
The Norton Museum offers free parking, with a lot located adjacent to the museum.
By Brightline
Route: Take the Brightline train from Miami Central Station to West Palm Beach. From the West Palm Beach station, it is a 5-minute rideshare or approximately a 20 minute walk to the museum. Travel time is approximately 1 hour.
Cost: Approximately $60–$80 round trip. Ticket prices vary by class and time.
By Tri-Rail
Route: Board the Tri-Rail from the Miami Airport station or a nearby station. Take the northbound train to the West Palm Beach station. From the station, it’s about a 10-minute ride via rideshare apps. Travel time is approximately 2.5 hours including transit from the station.
Cost: Approximately $20 round trip.
Getting to the Girls’ Club:
By Car
Route: Take I-95 N from downtown Miami or surrounding areas. Continue on I-95 N for approximately 25 miles. Take exit 27 toward Broward Blvd. Turn right onto W Broward Blvd heading east. After about 0.7 miles, turn left onto SW 3rd Ave. Turn right onto SW 2nd St and the destination will be on the right. Travel time is approximately 40 minutes from Miami depending on traffic.
By Tri- Rail
Route: From the Miami Airport Station or another Tri-Rail station in Miami, take the Tri-Rail northbound and ride to the Fort Lauderdale Station. From the Fort Lauderdale Station, take Bus 22 towards Broward Central Terminal. Get off at SW 2nd St/SW 4th Ave. Walk east on SW 2nd St for about 0.1 miles. Travel time is approximately an hour from Miami.
Getting to Photowalk Locations:
8:00 am – 8:30 am: Meeting point at PAMM.
8:30 am – 9:00 am: Bus departs from PAMM to each location.
9:30 am – 10:30 am: Photowalks start at each location.
10:30 am – 11:00 am: Bus departs from the final photowalk location and will transport participants back to PAMM.
